All in all everything was perfect, had an amazing stay for the first 4 nights of our honeymoon. The superior king room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was decent sized and extremely pleasant with balcony.

Liked our stay there, it was pleasant. The hotel was gorgeous and overlooked street. The staff were especially helpful and attentive all the time. This was the best possible location just off omelettes cooked to order alongside a delicious filled focaccia, the centre, and the attractions. Plus it was max 15 mins walk to the lake.

Had such great stay for the first 4 nights of our honeymoon. The staff was understanding and courteous, everything was great. We asked for superior king room and it was budget and spotless with view of duomo. Really really enjoyed staying there, we do recommend the hotel.

Possibly the best and amazing stay for the first 4 nights of our honeymoon. Decent sized and extremely pleasant rooms and hypoallergenic pillows. City view, extremely friendly staff. Location - amazing, very close to many excellent restaurants and bars, Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore, and Accademia, markets, and fabulous cafes and restaurants. For tea or coffee visit Caffe dei Battistero nearby.

The private parking was nearby, terrific service. The room was a nice size and well-equipped, included hypoallergenic pillows. The stuff was genuinely helpful and very friendly, gave advice about the city. The location was best possible close to a museum and a cathedral.

Incredible and magnificent location very close to an indoor market hall. A 20-minute ride to the airport. Incredibly welcoming and amazingly kind staff, always with a smile. Local food for all meals.

Overall had amazing stay for the first 4 nights of our honeymoon. We got decent sized and extremely pleasant superior king room with balcony as an upgrade, nice gesture. A mini fridge bar, air conditioning, and an individual safe were great.
